Prices and Dispatch Costs
The prices include sales tax at the legally applicable rate. The dispatch costs are dependent on the weight of the delivery and destination:
Within Austria*: EUR 3,50
In EU member states*, up to 1 kg: EUR 9.00
Up to 3 kg: EUR 12.00
Up to 5 kg: EUR 15.50
To all other states*, up to 1 kg: EUR 12.50
Up to 3kg: EUR 22.20
Up to 5kg: EUR 35.30
* Cash on delivery ordering is only possible in Austria. The charge for cash on delivery is EUR 3.50 in addition to the dispatch costs. No cash on delivery charges are due in the case of credit card payments. We can only accept credit cards in the case of orders to be delivered outside Austria. Should this be the case, please send your order by e-mail to jetshop@aua.com. We will then contact you immediately with further information.
Conclusion of the Contract
Presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an unbinding online catalogue. By entering your personal data and clicking on the button marked ‘Conclude order’ in the final step of the ordering process, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping basket. Receipt of the order is confirmed immediately after the order is sent. The purchase contract comes into force with our delivery confirmation or delivery of the goods. In the event that you have not received a delivery confirmation or delivery from us within 2 weeks, you are no longer bound by your order.

Delivery
We ask you to understand that we sometimes need to make changes to our service range at short notice. In the event that the goods ordered by you cannot be delivered, or not immediately, we shall advise you of this without delay. In the event that the goods you have ordered cannot all be delivered immediately, we shall deliver the immediately deliverable goods without delay. The goods that are not immediately deliverable will be delivered at a later date as soon as they become available. You will be charged for any additional dispatch costs. Our delivery times are 3 to 7 working days in the case of deliveries within Austria, and 7 to 10 working days in the case of deliveries to other EU member states. Delivery times to all other countries can be up to 3 weeks.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the sense of the Consumer Protection Law, you can withdraw from the contract within seven working days of receiving the ordered good without having to provide a reason. For this to be valid, it is sufficient that you dispatch a written declaration of withdrawal within this period. In the event that you withdraw, we will repay you, on a delivery versus payment basis, the purchase price already paid against return of the good already received by you. Should you have already used the good in question, a reasonable consideration for use will be deducted from the amount repaid.
Retention of Title, Warranty, Liability, Guarantee
The delivered good remains our property until payment has been made in full. Until this time, therefore, the customer is prohibited from selling on, mortgaging or granting third parties other rights over the good. Within the legal periods of notice, we guarantee that the delivered good is free from faults. We will remove faults exclusively by means of replacement of the faulty good. We are liable for damages in principle only where there is intent or gross negligence, unless it is a matter of injury to persons. Where a consumer transaction has not taken place, the injured party must provide evidence of petty and gross negligence.
